Manchester City travel to Wales on Saturday afternoon to face a Swansea side who are in great form at home. It doesn’t matter what side Pep Guardiola fields this weekend, they'll be more than capable of breezing past the Swans.
Can the Championship side pull off a shock? Let’s not forget that Wigan managed it last season, so nothing’s impossible.

Swansea vs Man City – The Form Guide
Swansea were hammered 3-0 away at West Brom in midweek, which won’t have done their confidence ahead of this huge FA cup any good whatsoever. They also lost away to Norwich before that, so it’s difficult to see how they’re going to trouble City.
If you ignore their away woes, then Swansea have been in fine form. It’s an impressive five wins and two draws at the Liberty Stadium in their last seven games. If Graham Potter’s side can nick an early goal, this match could get interesting.
Man City have only scored 61 goals in 2019. Only. That is a crazy amount. It’s 10 wins in a row in all competitions for the Citizens, and many will expect them to make it 11 here. As good as City have been this season, it’s worth noting that they’ve only won three of their last six away games in the FA Cup, so they might have to at least move up into third gear to get the win this weekend.
Team News – Injuries and Suspensions
Oliver McBurnie could be missing for the home side once again. He failed to return fit for the game in midweek and he’s struggling for this one too. Bersant Celina won’t be able to play either as he’s on loan from Saturday’s opponents.
Manchester City are still without Kevin De Bruyne and Fernandinho, but Fabian Delph is nearing full fitness. He may play some part at the weekend. Vincent Kompany was rested against Schalke in midweek, so he may well return to the starting eleven. As too could Gabriel Jesus, who may play up top in place of Sergio Aguero. He could do with a well-earned rest.
Swansea Predicted XI: Nordfeldt, Roberts, Van der Hoorn, Carter-Vickers, Naughton, Fulton, Byers, Grimes, Dyer, Routledge, James.
Man City Predicted XI: Ederson, Danilo, Otamendi, Kompany, Delph, Gundogan, Silva, Mahrez, Foden, Sane, Jesus
1-3. Swansea have been performing well at home. Although City should walk this, the home side could well nick a consolation towards the end of the game. It’ll be nice to give their fans something to shout about as this should be where their cup run ends.
Swansea vs Man City Tickets
It looks like it’s a sellout, but feel free to contact the Swansea ticket office on their website to see if there are any tickets left for this one. It’s sure to be a cracker.
There’s no value whatsoever in the match result market. City are firm favourites at 1/9. The bookies feel Swansea have no chance at 20/1, so let’s leave that market alone.
Manchester City should bag a few on Saturday, so the tip for this one comes in the Anytime Goalscorer market. It’s worth waiting until the line-ups are confirmed, but if Riyad Mahrez starts, get on him at 9/5 to score at any point in the match.
