Chelsea London manager Jose Mourinho stated his club is not in any rush over potential new contracts with the big trio Frank Lampard, John Terry and Ashley Cole.
All three have their contracts expiring at the end of current season and it's really difficult to imagine how would the Blues look like without them.
Mourinho who would eventually decide if he still needs them at the squad said he will no rush with any decisions as “the summer is a long summer for us” possibly suggesting he wants to wait and see how the World Cup goes and if there will be any interesting replaces available after the Brazilian tournament.
“For the players involved in the World Cup it's a different story, but for us, as a club, it's a long time to be calm and to sit and to discuss and to analyse options and the market and possibilities.” he said.
It's believed that the Portuguese coach is not really happy with a number of his current players. Apart from Lampard, Terry and Cole likes of Petr Cech, Fernando Torres, Samuel Eto'o and Demba Ba might be out of the club in the summer.
